Fostering through a rescue

Many rescue groups do not have building or facility and are foster based. Foster based rescues are typically run by animal lovers who try to get high risk dogs, or dogs in the Southern part of US, adopted by transporting them to areas with greater demand for those dogs.  There are also rescue groups that take dogs from Asia, Europe, South America and other regions as well and bring them to the US to find homes.
